HORI made her acting debut in 2014, starring in the film {Don’t Say That Word} (Dir: SATO Takuma). Since then, she has appeared in the film {Shoplifters} (Dir: KORE-EDA Hirokazu) and numerous other films and plays. She has participated in international co-productions such as the Japan-Korea co-production film {The Goose Goes South} (OAFF2018) and EATI 2019 in Taipei. She is interested in the developmental psychology of children and is a licensed childcare professional and certified psychologist. {Sumiko 22<\/a>} (2024), in which she stars, will be screened at OAFF2024 in the Indie Forum section.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Donsaron KOVITVANITCHA (Thailand)Film Critic, Producer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KOVITVANITCHA works as a film writer, critic, and journalist for magazines and newspaper in Thailand. He is also an independent film producer, focusing on producing films by up-and-coming Thai directors such as Nawapol THAMRONGRATTANARIT’s {The Master} (OAFF2016) and {Die Tomorrow} (OAFF2018), Anucha BOONYAWATANA’s {The Blue Hour} (2015) and {Malila: The Farewell Flower} (2017), and Sorayos PRAPAPAN’s {Arnold is a Model Student} (2022). In 2022, KOVITVANITCHA became the director of World Film Festival of Bangkok.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sun-J PERUMAL (Malaysia)Writer, Director<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PERUMAL is a Malaysian writer and director. He has made documentaries, musicals, children’s programs and short films like {Thaipoosam}, which was screened at the Rotterdam International Film Festival 2007. His debut feature {Jagat} (2015, OAFF2017) was the first non-Malay language film in 28 years to be awarded best film at the Malaysian Film Festival.
